| In RoboCop, year 2028, and multinational OmniCorp is at the heart of robotics. Abroad are drones used by the military for years - and that could mean billions for OmniCorps bottom line. Now OmniCorp wants to make controversial technology to the home front and saw an opportunity to do so. When Alex Murphy (Joel Kinnaman) - a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit - was critically injured in the service, OmniCorp sees his chance at a half-human, part robot policeman. OmniCorp imagine RoboCop in every city, and even more billions for their shareholders, but never count on one thing: that he is still the man inside exercise rights. |
